Are you having trouble deciding if the colors in the photo are going to match the colors in your room? I have the perfect solution!  I can send you a 4x5 inch proof of any of the images on my site.  The colors in the proof will match the colors in the photograph exactly.  The cost for this is just $5.00 per proof and if you send them back to me when you place your order I will credit your order for all returned proofs.  This way it doesn't cost you anything to make sure the colors are right.  To do this e-mail me the names and stock numbers for the proofs you want or hit the 8x10, A , $50.00 button and in the special instructions window write "proof only."  If you order 5 proofs this way your total will say $250.00, I will only charge your credit card $25.00.  If you decide not to order any pictures from me (that hardly ever happens) return the proofs for a 50% refund.  I do have costs associated with processing the proofs, packaging and mailing them and that covers those costs.  I try to be fair.  

How long will it take to get my order once I place it? Normal turn around time is 7-14 days depending on framing options and if I am in town or not.  If your order is time sensitive please call or email me and I will gladly give you a very reliable estimate on when I can get the work out to you.  I take care of all orders personally and every effort is made to make sure that every detail of your order is done right the first time.  

How do I take care of the photographs?  If your piece has lucite: DO NOT USE ANY AMMONIA BASED CLEANERS ON IT.  USE ONLY A PLASTIC/LUCITE CLEANER AND A SOFT CLOTH OR JUST A SOFT CLOTH.  If your photos are laminated : Be very careful when cleaning, use only a soft cloth or can of compressed air to dust off.  When trying to remove fingerprints it is safe to use a non-ammonia window cleaner.  
The laminate coating will double the life of your photograph by keeping it from fading.  The biggest threat to the coating and photograph are scratches so please be careful when cleaning and moving.

Your prices are higher than some and lower than others, what's the deal?  My prices are based on my overhead.  If you've bought photographs at an art show you'll know there are a wide variety of prices from photographer to photographer.  Each photographer must decide what to charge for their own work based on their own expenses.  I offer very high quality images that are not cheap to produce.  They are made from either medium or large format negatives. The quality of work will vary greatly from each photographer.  Some print their work on ink jet printers, these photographs will fade greatly after a short time.  My work is not printed digitally.  Light is projected through the negative onto Fuji Crystal Archival paper and processed as a photograph.  Fuji claims the colors on these photographs will last approximately 75 years before starting to fade.   Remember, photography is just like everything else, you get what you pay for.  

Is ordering on your site safe?  Completely!  All information is stored in a 128 bit encrypted data base.  

Is my credit card charged right away?  No, your credit card is not charged until after I confirm the order with you personally, either by phone or email.  

Is your work guaranteed?   Absolutely!  If you are not completely thrilled with any photo you order from my site return it for a refund.  Check return policy page for details.

What sizes and framing options do you offer?  For some photographers an 11x14 photo is actually an 8x10 photo in an 11x14 mat.  With me an 11x14 photo is an 11x14 photo, I do not sell mats.  Please check the framing options page and the sizes/ price list pages for all the details.

Why won't the shopping cart calculate my total automatically?  There are too many size and framing options for the shopping cart to handle.  I will personally email your total to you before I charge your credit card.  There is a price list on the bottom of every page so you know what the cost is for that piece done in the different sizes and framing options.  

Can I get a discount for ordering more than one piece?  I give discounts on orders of three or more.  Order three pieces and get a 10% discount, four or more pieces and get 15% off your order.  

If I call the 877 number can I speak with someone that knows what they are talking about?   YES, don't you hate calling a company to order something and you get an operator that doesn't know anything about the products they're selling!  That won't happen to you here, I'm the one answering the phone, if I'm not here, leave a message and I'll call you back promptly.  I also check email several times a day and can answer questions that way if you prefer.
